Customer Management: With the believing of all the customers are equal, we check our customers social accordance activities, we follow the results with social action plans and we check social accordance activities with management systems.

Occupational Health and Safety: As a company we always accept human is the precious factor on the job, and our main principles always be;  more secure and healthy working environment for reducing accidents, educating our workers because of increasing their knowledge about the job and be aware of individual responsibility. We always commit the supply all the necessary equipment for occupational health and safety , and our factory commit the follow the domestic laws, regulations and terms  of occupational health and safety , and be aware of Eko Tekstil standarts. We work for a creating environment, that our workers can work safely under Occupational Health and Safety Policies. Our goal is raise awareness about healthy working conditions.Our company always tries to determine the risks on factory associated with occupational health and safety hazards, and control these risk by taking them to acceptable levels.

Education:“Level of workers shows level of company”, with that faith we committ or aise awareness of our employees occupational health and safety informations, we organize internal or external trainings to support their Professional and personal development, by that we are not just advancing our customers, we also advancing our company

Child Workers: Our company commit  not to have workers under age 16 because of respecting their educational life and for their healthy growth.

Working Times: Because of our respect to human rights and efficient working ,we guarantee to comply the laws about working times and overtime working.

 

Fees and Payments: We pay ourworkers at least minimum vageset by Turkish Government to meet living expenses. Our company pay attention to pay workers overtime wage if we ask them work overtime.

Communication: We believe success comes from successful manager and worker relations. Because of that we work for healthy communication and good relations between managers and workers.

Prevention of Harassment and Abuse: To have a happy staff and peaceful working environment we try to avoid verbal, physical, psychological harassment or coercion.

 

Forced Labour:Our company don’t accept the working for debt provision or forcedworking. All staff  in DEHA have willing to work for DEHA, and DEHA have legal contract between DEHA and each individual.
